SAT and ACT Test Prep

The SAT and ACT tests are typically taken by students in the 11th and 12th grade with an optional practice test in the 10th grade. These tests are still widely used as a measurement of student comprehension and are forwarded to colleges of interest.

Originally named the “Scholastic Aptitude Test,” and later, “Scholastic Assessment Test,” SAT is now more of a brand than an acronym. The ACT (standing for American College Test) allows measure student comprehension and was designed to determine a student’s preparation for college-level work.
